BoStay Hotel

The front office staff were amazing and very warm. Hajar, Barkai, Carem and Aziz were really warm and welcoming. It is really great to have such good team members that help elevate the service standards.

The house keeping staff was good and did her job well. The room floor needs to cleaned on a regular basis as we noticed the floor to be dirty specially when we had to stay for a week.

If they can improve using the Wi-Fi and offer more variety at breakfast, every thing was good.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Aziz, who was incredibly kind and attentive. He always checked if everything was okay and asked if we had any questions or needed anything. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel! Breakfast was also delicious!

The hotel is good and the reception staff are supportive with great attitude, Vahit, Aziz and Hajer, however the hotel needs some maintenance, I stayed multiple times and every time I face some maintenance or cleaning issues.. solved yes but this needs the management attention to meetup with the high rating, as it seems the high positive reviews used by the management to keep increasing up high without real value for the money and no good attention to retain frequent loyalty customers .. therefore becoming not competitive
