Cottage Sombrero Beach accogliente e confortevole! Questa casa unifamiliare luminosa e ariosa offre un concetto di vita aperta, cucina e zona pranzo con ampi spazi esterni sia al piano superiore che al piano inferiore. Splendidamente aggiornato con isola cucina e tavolo da pranzo, questa è la casa perfetta per riunire e intrattenere tutta la famiglia. Cucina ben attrezzata, molti posti a sedere. La zona giorno offre arredi confortevoli e una grande TV a schermo piatto. L'enorme suite principale offre un letto king size e un bagno interno. La prima camera degli ospiti offre un letto matrimoniale e la seconda camera degli ospiti ha un letto singolo con rotelle. C'è un bagno per gli ospiti situato nel corridoio.
All'esterno c'è la perfetta configurazione delle chiavi! Vasca idromassaggio, amaca, congelatore esca, deposito per immersioni e attrezzi da pesca, parcheggio coperto, dockage, tavolo con ombrellone e sedie! Questa casa non ti deluderà! Situato a pochi passi o in bicicletta dalla famosa Sombrero Beach, molti ristoranti e negozi locali, questo posto è perfetto per la tua vacanza a Keys!

This house was perfect for our family vacation! The location was great, the canal view was beautiful, and the bikes and kayaks were a great addition. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. Great place!

Great location and comfortable accommodations. Only 3 of the four bikes worked when we arrived on Saturday but by Tuesday, maintenance had fixed/provided us with 2 more working bikes. Saw mom and baby manatee swim by.

Loved our stay here! It was clean, well furnished, and had everything we needed! We brought our boat and docked it at the house which made it super convenient to just hop in and go fishing when we wanted. Plus, we had some friends swim and fly up while we were cleaning fish! Pelicans, seagulls, a cute little nurse shark and even a manatee stopped by to see what was up! It was exactly 1 mile from the property to walk to Sombrero Beach which was really nice, and the beach was so pretty.

The property was surface clean but we had to wash every dish prior to use because of all the stuck on food and overall condition of them. We also had to wash the threadbare sheets prior to sleeping on them because they were also dirty. The mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable. It also does not sleep 8 as advertised.The unit was quite warm because you can only turn the AC down to a certain temperature and in order to keep it cooler all of the shades have to be drawn all day. There was also a broken rail on the back balcony so safety is a concern if you have small children. There should not be a cleaning fee if you have to clean prior to leaving and the fact that the dishes and bedding were not clean when we arrived. Also, there are televisions in all of the rooms but no cable or any way to watch movies. The T.V.s were pointless. The appliances all worked fine and the property had a lot of beach equipment available. We did enjoy using the bikes on a daily basis as well. The property manager did leave a nice arrival kit as well.Overall it was not a very comfortable stay. Definitely over priced for the condition of the property.
