Good location in renovated traditional building Easy entry with door code given the day before Near El Corte Ingles store which has a good supermrket Lift to all floors - apartment was called "Loft" but was on 2nd floor Modern interior, well equiped and ample storage Short walk to the Marina and restaurants Air conditioning - essential even in October Washing machine Quick response from owner when had a a query

Shower was a bit akward to use but the owner said it was to be replaced soon Some noise from the restaurants downstairs but double glazed windows were effective and we slept well

Nice location, comfortable bed, it more than suited our needs for an end of Spanish road trip 3 night stay in Alicante. It has some signs of usage wear and tear, sofa, kitchen cupboards but nothing serious and did not impact our enjoyment. 3 small balconies with door access, one with a small 2 chairs/table bistro set. Communications with Xavi were quick and clear. Even though it doesn't look 'inviting' it is worth giving the cafe/bar "La Zona Social" down below a try for breakfast/drinks, it has a local non touristic vibe, and is very keenly priced (locals use it in larger numbers), hence the busy noisy throng (see other reviews) especially on Friday and Saturday nights. We left it until our last day and realised we had missed something different/very local right on our doorstep!

A few minor issues - No bedside table/lamp, used a chair and my kindle has a backlight so no real problem. Only a socket at one of the bed sides for charging a mobile if you like having it next to the bed whilst charging.

Center of the city. Clean and comfortable. Ideal location.

Nice location

Pretty noisy at night, considering the price there wasn’t things like water left for us
