Its our first time going to Palm side and location was easy to find. Check in was quick and Mr. Azim at the check in desk upgraded us. He was professional and welcoming even we came an hour early he did managed to check us in early. The hotel room was very beautiful with the balcony sea view. Staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Food was great especially the breakfast variety options. The pool was clean, everywhere was clean, our room services assisted us what we needed like extra slippers, extra bed and more water. Infront of Jumeirah mall walking distance of less than 10mins its at the opposite side.
Bath towels some of it are having yellow stains maybe because of old stains. TV channels should have Netflix options. Beach was not really fine sand a lot of sharp rocks and broken shells on the shore, good thing we did not swim at night coz when we swam in the morning I found sea urchins that we could have stepped on. But ofcourse its given coz its man made island and there are a lots of yatch around so generally its okay, just wear slip ons going to the beach. Dinner buffet not much of good options.

Everything, welcoming staff specially Abdu alSamad in the reception The staff in the Restaurant. Breakfast was great. We were offered an upgrade and also a late checkout everything exceeded our expectations we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!
