Beautiful Victorian M2 Perfect Location
Questo vittoriano del 1890 splendidamente rinnovato è a pochi passi da città, spiaggia, negozi, ristoranti e altro ancora! La posizione ideale ti permetterà di godere di tutto ciò che Newport storico ha da offrire a un prezzo ragionevole.
Caratteristiche della casa:
Il grande maestro offre un letto king size, ampio armadio, scrivania e molto spazio per i tuoi oggetti personali. La seconda camera da letto è sovradimensionata con un letto queen size decorativo, un grande armadio, un armadio, una sedia da lettura, il tutto decorato con deliziosi gialli pallidi, bianchi e meravigliose verdure in schiuma di mare. La terza stanza è più piccola con un grande armadio, un letto matrimoniale e un cassettone. La stanza bonus è intima con un letto a rotelle estraibile con un gemello compagno estraibile sotto.
La cucina è completamente attrezzata con frullatore, tostapane, stoviglie, pentole e padelle, bollitore, piatti e tutto il necessario per il vostro soggiorno. All'esterno si trova un bagno secondario - invece di costruire una doccia esterna, il proprietario ha deciso di costruire un bagno adeguato proprio dietro la lavanderia. Il nuovo bagno, 2016, ha una doccia in vetro, servizi igienici e vanità, decorato in bianco e grigio chiaro con una finestra solare motorizzata.
Il cortile privato è pieno di ortensie blu brillante estive senza fine e fiori stagionali. C'è una griglia a gas nel cortile per la vostra convenienza.

Pros: Great location walking distance to many restaurants & shopping. I loved having an extra (4th) bedroom for the kids, but keep in mind you have to pass through one of the rooms to enter, or enter from the stairs.
The owner, Sondra, was very accessible and accommodating.
We were granted access to the second bathroom which was new and clean. We rarely used it because it was downstairs next to washer/dryer, but was nice to have the access when needed.
Also, was really nice to have a washer/dryer with kiddos.
Cons:
The unit was pretty dusty upon arrival and dirty (stained couch, hair ties under furniture, etc). However, I heard the owner is replacing all the furniture so this may not be an issue for future renters.
Also, the listing states dishwasher which was important for us since we had to wash bottles for our baby, but there was no dishwasher. This was my biggest issue but we dealt. I just wish I had known going in and the listing needs to be updated.
Assuming the furniture is replaced and the unit is well cleaned, I’d still definitely recommend this place for all the qualities listed above (especially location), just keep in mind you’ll be hand washing dishes.
Took off one star for above mentioned but overall happy with our stay and the unit and service. Thank you, Sondra.

This rental was very good value. The second floor apartment is much more spacious than I expected. It is nicely decorated, though the kitchen cabinets and upholstered furniture could use an upgrade. The location was a 10-minute walk from what I consider the center of Newport (Bannister Wharf). There are many restaurants just a short walk down the hill on Broadway. The owner/manager was very prompt, responsive and courteous. One bathroom in an apartment that sleeps 8 (there were only 4 of us) is not ideal but the owner did offer us the use of a second bathroom, which like the laundry room, is downstairs near the garage. I was told to bring my own sheets and towels which I was happy to do. Overall, this is a nice apartment at a good price. My family and I were comfortable and happy there and I would rent it again.

Overall, the location of the house was very nice and the rooms were spacious. There was only one bathroom as access to the outside bathroom was not given. It was inconvenient to have to bring your own towels and sheets as you have to pay quite a hefty cleaning fee. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. In addition, there was only one roll of paper towels and no napkins. Information regarding the need to bring these items was not mentioned in the description. In the kitchen there was only one bowl and some of the other glassware had stains on them. There was garbage outside by the garbage cans that looked like it had been seen there for a few weeks. In addition, there were very few mirrors in the house making getting ready a challenge. The location was great, however the accommodations and amenities could certainly use some improvement for the price you are paying.
