Welcome to one of Newport's most exceptional summer rentals — a beautifully restored Queen Anne Victorian that seamlessly blends old-world character with every modern comfort you could want.

This 3,785 sq ft home has been thoughtfully renovated from top to bottom with all-new furnishings and designer finishes throughout. The moment you step inside, you're greeted by a bright, sun-drenched living room that sets the tone for the entire home — elegant, inviting, and effortlessly stylish.

The gracious dining room seats ten, making it ideal for family dinners and evenings with friends. The fully redesigned gourmet kitchen features gas cooking and is stocked with everything you need to entertain with ease — or simply enjoy your morning coffee in style. A convenient half bath rounds out the main level.

**Second Floor:**
The serene primary suite features generous closet space and a newly renovated en-suite bathroom — a true retreat after a day exploring Newport. Two additional bedrooms share a beautifully appointed full bath, and you'll find a laundry room with a brand-new washer and dryer for total convenience.

**Third Floor:**
Three more bedrooms and a shared full bath make the top floor perfect for kids, extended family, or a group of friends — everyone has their own space to unwind.

**Lower Level — The Fun Zone:**
This is where the magic happens. The fully finished lower level is a dedicated game room and lounge complete with a pool table, ping pong, foosball, darts, high-top tables, a TV, and a refrigerator. Rainy day? No problem. This space alone is worth the trip.

**Outdoor Living:**
Step outside into your own private garden and patio, complete with a fire pit for those unforgettable Newport summer evenings. The fenced yard gives you privacy and peace of mind, whether you're dining al fresco, playing with the kids, or simply soaking in the sea breeze.

**Parking & Extras:**
A paved driveway, brand-new garage, and space for up to four cars make coming and going completely hassle-free — a rare luxury in Newport.
