Clear instructions for finding the accommodation and getting access, lots of helpful items left in the accommodation (e.g. water, prosecco, pastries, cleaning products etc) and great pool onsite. Make sure you try the lakeside restaurant, which is only a 2 minute walk away.

No problem with the accommodation but it is a 15 minute walk to Bellagio

It’s a bit of a walk to Bellagio centre if you want to go out for dinner and have a few wine ;). Still doable though

The Location of the Apartment was great. Reasonable value for the money. Easy to get the keys. Weather was great. No other positives.

1) Communication with the guests was only by WhatsApp -- the host declined to meet or talk on the phone to the guests. 2) Credibility of Contract and in Advertising -- the price details for our reservation were for "Two-Bedroom Apartment for 2 guests", but the host insisted for additional fee (50 Euros) to make any bed in the second bedroom. Also the fact the the Apartment is on the Second Floor is not mentioned anywhere in Booking.com reservation. 3) Lack of basic cleaning material -- not enough toilet paper and zero garbage bags. The host insisted it is the guests responsibility to get it.

Giovani was an excellent host ! We had trouble opening the front door one night during our stay and we called him at 12am and he came within 10 minutes to let us in.
