The location was perfect for walking around downtown Boise on New Years weekend and each couple had their own on-suite as well. Good parking and a garage! The living area downstairs could use a couple of table lamps or corner lamps for lounging and reading, but we had a great time in a fabulous VRBO.

We stayed here as part of a visit to Boise State. This property is very close to downtown. It worked very well for us and would definitely recommend.

The place fit our needs perfectly. We wanted to be close to downtown and it certainly is! We were able to walk to a great breakfast place, and the 8th Street restaurants and nightlife were a short drive away.
The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Kudos for the mattresses - very comfortable!

In town for a wedding and a few extra days with family and friends. Loved quiet evenings at home when rest was needed. Yes, I said home. Stay here and you won’t be disappointed. Close to everything and they have provided literally everything you need! Morning coffee to evening glass of wine, you will feel right at home. Short walk for coffee, groceries, shopping and restaurants.

The home is beautiful. The major drawback is the free way nearby. It's unfortunate because there is nothing the owner can do about the street racing from 2am-4am. We bought earplugs, but that did not help my spouse. If it weren't for the noise in the early hours of the morning, we'd definitely stay here again. If you are a sound sleeper, you'll enjoy the stay.

We absolutely loved our visit. The condo was super clean, relaxing and had all the ameneties to make it so comfortable and relaxing. We stayed at the Downtowner for 5 nights. It is one of the nicest vacation rentals we have ever stayed in and we stay in a lot. The decor is so well done and the beds are heavenly. Everything you need in the kitchen is there. Every little detail has been thought of. You can walk to several coffee shops. Having the garage was a plus and we were able to fit an SUV in it just fine. Can’t say enough about this 5 star property.

This house is almost perfect. Close enough to walk downtown but yet far enough so you get some peace and quiet.
Decor is amazing and plenty of room to spread out. We had 4 of us and it was amazing.
Private back porch on first floor was nice to sit out on in morning and evening.
Bikes were an additional perk as we used them every day on the amazing bike path that Boise has.
Owners were very responsive!

We stayed 5 nights for the Treefort Music Festival and this townhome was awesome. It is very clean and modern with a great layout for 2 couples or a family with older kids. Check-in and out was seemless. The house had everything we needed and was an easy uber ride to everywhere we wanted to go (uber always arrived in 2 min or less and was under $10 with a generous tip). We would definitely stay here again.

Quick trip to visit my daughter attending Boise State. I like to explore different areas within range of BSU as far as accommodations go. This was first time to this area. The accommodations were immaculate and extremely quiet. We really could not have asked for more!! As far as I could assess this area is not necessarily walking distance to a quaint cafe that are truly plentiful in Boise. Bikes are provided however and much appreciated. It is a multi use residential and industrial portion of Boise which was new for me. Some would regard as trendy? Not much of an opinion of this aspect as we were in and out daily. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the efforts of the rental company. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay! Looked just like the photos on the website. Property manager was responsive, house was spotless. It was a *little* loud at night with car noise but had no trouble falling asleep. I think the only two things that were missing were a full length mirror and another tv downstairs (we had two people that liked to stay up late). The one tv is upstairs with a bedroom and kitchen area (also, it’s only a streaming tv, no cable/live tv). Big family area downstairs but no tv. These are minuscule changes and didn’t affect the stay. Overall great and would stay here again.

Great modern townhouse within walking distance of downtown. Used the bikes in the garage to take a nice cycle on the riverfront trail. Coffee shops super close by. Very clean comfortable space.
