The property is beautiful and lovely. We feel like you are staying history but with modern amenities. Carol was a fabulous host.

Carol was exceptionally welcoming and helpful in and around the property. Incredible bedroom, bathroom and room-service breakfast. Would definitely recommend.
Hawick has a very quiet Sunday with few restaurants opened, so we had to travel further for dinner on Sunday - still worth the stay!

The place is absolutly amazing, I have to been in many lcoations across many conutires, but this takes the top spot. Only 3 amazing rooms, immaculate, great service, there is just nothing more I could have asked for.
Nothing, but I can appricate this will not be a good place for some, there is no restaurant and a short drive from closest town.
