Nuestra estancia en Art House fue excelente. La dueña es muy amable y dispuesta a recomendar cosas que hacer o ver.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely place in Kutaisi. Our room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The owners were incredibly kind and accommodating, and the host made us feel truly welcome, almost like family. The location was very convenient for exploring the city, and the delicious homemade breakfast was the best ! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Lali, the hostess, was especially wonderful and full of good energy! Breakfast on the veranda was lovely and the communication was immediate and efficient. Lali creates a happy home! The AC was much appreciated on the hot and muggy days!

this property was advertised and listed as a hotel while it is a guest house where the family is living on the first floor and the rooms are on the ground floor. during the night they will unleash their dog and warn you to go out otherwise, you will get bitten by their dog. that's weird!
