I was so happy with my choice to stay here in kutaisi , the view is just amazing . Laying in the hammocks and watching the prettiest sunset behind the mountains was a top notch experience for me . The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the best part was the hostess Ani. She made me feel like I was coming to visit family in Georgia rather than staying at a guesthouse .

Great little hotel with a fantastic view of Kutaisi and the Lesser Caucasus range. Lovely owner. Very nice breakfast - large, fresh and varied. Spacious and quiet room. Everything very clean. Fantastic value for money. I would love to stay here again.
The mattresses are a bit worn and could use to be replaced.

Krásné místo s výhledem z houpací sítě… skvělá paní majitelka, hezké a čisté ubytování. Majitelka je vstřícná a ochotná. Možnost parkováni přímo na dvoře.
