Not Happy .....

Very good breakfast ....

Rooms not what I requested . I ask for two double rooms close together . I got one single room on one floor and a double on Another floor so two kids slept on floor not what I paid for . One of these rooms was reserved under mispelled name .

Comfortable mattress, clean, large room.

Breakfast was very good. We enjoyed eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausage links/patties, biscuits (yummy), sausage gravy, and cinnamon rolls.

Great Clean and Comfortable Hotel

Breakfast had a lot of options and was good, the staff checked on us multiple times at breakfast and were very helpful. Additionally, the beds were super comfortable! Perfect clean and comfortable hotel for a road-trip stop.

What you’d expect from a Holiday Inn Express, which is upper level mid, good for the price.

Right next to Buc-ee’s and was pretty much an exact middle spot on our drive to Florida

My only complaints were it was tucked behind like 3 other hotels so hard to find in an unfamiliar area. And the ice maker on our floor didn’t work.

A comfortable stay on our travels

The location is tricky to find as the hotel is tucked in the corner behind other establishments. This is a newer building from appearance and modern decor. The breakfast has a good variety of hot and cold selections ranging from eggs, bacon, sausage, and hot cereal to bakery, cereal, fruit, and yogurt.

The water pressure was low and the ventilation in the bathroom (fan) did not work so the condensation did not clear well in the bathroom or the area outside of the bathroom door. The pancake maker does not fully cook the pancakes.

Great place to stay even with a pet!

The beds are incredibly comfortable! Breakfast was hot and plentiful and the staff was courteous and very professional.

The only thing I didn't like was my stay was so short. One night was not enough!

Worse experience ever!!! Will never stay there again!!!

TV did not work!!! Bathroom not clean!!! Floor not clean!!! When I asked for a different room I was told to come to desk to get key then was told there were no other rooms available. When I told Desk I was going to dispute credit card charges I was told to leave or police would be called. This was after driving 10hrs to hotel and at 10PM. My wife and I are Seniors and only after I said I wouldn't dispute CC charges was told police wouldn't be called!! Worst experience ever!!!!

NOTHING BUT THE GAL BEHIND THE COUNTER! Booking .com TOTALLY MESSED UP OUR RESERVATION. We DID NOT STAY! FORCED TO FIND ANOTHER HOTEL 35Minutes further up the road! Great!

It met all our needs.

Location was close to highway 75. Plenty of breakfast options. The room had everything we needed.

We only stayed one night, but it was very accommodating and clean. Staff was friendly.

Brand new hotel - needed some attention to detail in terms of cleaning.

Brand new hotel. Comfortable beds. Well stocked room in terms of essentials. Staff were very nice. Many restaurants in vacinity.

in my opinion it needed some more attention to detail in terms of cleaning. Room was not as clean as we'd expect and needed attention in that regard.

The room had a cracked picture in it. The soap bottles were not tightened to the wall in the shower.

We stay here each year and the employees are always helpful and friendly.

The breakfast choices were standard and were fresh.

There were several spots on the carpet in our bedroom.

The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean!

Nice selection of food including hot items. There was plenty to choose from and items were filled before they ran low. The hostess was so nice and really seemed to care if we enjoyed breakfast!

we were happy with it. it is very close to other properties, killing any view but that is so trivial it is the only complaint we have. :)
