Loved this place. The private onsen was fantastic. The room was very nice and the pull out bed for the floor was nice and comfy. Location is really good. Near the water and lots of good restaurants close by. Would like to stay here again

Great location. Right between the station and the tourism centre. This felt like a real Ryokan with all the necessities but without the premium price.
Just be wary there are no elevators throughout the building. Otherwise I can't think of any other negatives.

The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I'd want for a short stay. The private onsen was clean, easy to access and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, allowing me to store my bag, check in and check out were easy. The ryokan is a short walk from the station and town center.

Onsen, room was nice.
Young female staff had a short tone and was downright rude at checkin, tried to brush it off as her being insecure but she was hurtful. Stand your ground and try to not let her affect the stay because everything else is great, some staff were even polite and said hello.
