The hotel has a great location, and the breakfast was very good with a nice selection.
However, the room was quite small and had no view, which made it feel a bit cramped and congested. Overall, the location and breakfast were good, but the room size and lack of a view could be improved.

The bedroom was neat, also the bathroom facilities were all very good and clean.
The breakfast had lots of options to choose from plus the service staff was on hands which is very good.

Excellent location, close to Centraal Station and the centre of the city.
Breakfast was good, staff pleasant and the large bed was very comfortable.
The shower in our basement room was unpredictable heat-wise with low head height. The whole bathroom would benefit from a refurb, changing the bath to a walk-in shower to improve the head height.

The bed was great even if I would have wanted 2 covers and not just one.
The breakfast was bad, hard bacon, everything in plastic wrappers, couldn’t make my own coffee it came from a machine and u had to order from the staff. Selection of break was not great, one tiny bowl of cucumbers with tomatoes, which we couldn’t eat because it was mixed and I’m allergic to tomatoes, eggs were so hard boiled they had a dark ting around the yolk. Over all just a bad breakfast especially since u had to book a time to eat.
