If you looking for a nice holiday you got to choose Kempinski hotel. Very peaceful and quiet hotel. I was satisfied with everything in the hotel. Staff were exceptional and very friendly especially Fatmagul hanim Mehmet bey and Ece hanim. They were very welcoming. Its a beautiful and luxury hotel. The food was amazing everyday. The chefs are incredible. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

nice beach ,and pool

food quality should be better . i didn't like that beach cabana/gazepo were chargeable , and no one occupying them at all. no activities /shows very basic

Beach and pier were gorgeous. beach beds were Luxurious. Food excellent. Staff couldn't do enough for you.

In some places it looked a bit tired but they are refurbishing in December.

The hotel is not crowded and the beach and pool were amazing. Very good service and friendly staff.

The cleanliness of the rooms can be better. They need deep cleaning, the openings of the air conditioners were very dusty. The daily cleaning is also late and not very good.

The villa we stayed in was so nice on a beautiful landscape. The service level is outstanding. The people serving us are nice and very helpful especially Umut and Ali. Sufra restaurant foods is delicious with wide variety type of food. Finally,the location is near the Land of legends which is perfect for families.

The pools only 1.40m and 0.40m which suitable only for adult or early childhood. 7-17 age can't use it.

great location for golf, great service and it was a very comfortable stay.

Excellent Staff

Overall it is a great hotel! We are coming there 2nd time and hope not the last. We love the tranquility, good restaurants and service. Ahmet (the waiter in the restaurant) should be positively recognised by the hotel management. He is very attentive to guests and caring for every detail. We can’t wait to return!

Everything was wonderful. From the first welcome greeting by one of the Ladies in Red (excellent idea), our family was set up for a 10 out of 10 stay. Each and every staff member is a gem. We did have more personal interaction with Kadir, who made sure that our every need was catered for - our preferred bottles of wine and water were always on our table, ready for the evening meal. Yakup was also also there with a friendly greeting and willing to help. The food is really good which is somewhat surprising for buffet spreads. Breakfast has a vast array of choices as does the dinner buffet - here look out for the chef’s dishes, beautifully and imaginatively presented. I wish I knew everyone’s name - all staff members are polite, friendly and professional. Certainly one of our best family holidays. Thank you.

Water in the showers could be hotter, but this is something personal.

The room was great . The front office and lady in red crew were fantastic, very helpful and friendly ' the spa is very good ' with hot water pool the girl at the kids club was very nice and very friendly and did a great job with kids

The food is not as expected at all, was at all inclusive ' plan : the buffet items had no big variety ' the quality of food was meh ' some items on the buffet looked old and always had too little in each pot, however the staff at the buffet were very nice Not a hotel for children : the kids club is very small No activities or any kind of intertainment at night If u r looking for a place to have fun dobt come here ' but if u r looking for a quit hotel its ur place

Actually the hotel is totally disappointed me. They are so stingy in providing snacks bar every day the hotel is too old 22 years old , lobby is outdated design, staff are angry from any question. Construction are being near the hotel it’s too noisy when you open window or go balcony, there’s no activity in hotel. I will not repeat this experience again

Not crowded despite the peak season. Cats at the hotel are well fed and always cuddles ready if you need them.

refrain from using a taxi service from the reception, Its a rip off. Better off arrenging your own transfer.
