Air conditioning wasn't cooling efficiently in the 3 rooms we booked, I believe this is the situation in all the rooms. Air conditioning wasn't turned on in all of the hotel commome areas including restaurants which was uncomfortable

A lot of personnel, who are always ready to help. The food is good, pools worked good and had everyday cleaning. The beach is excellent.

The staff were very friendly, the reciption area, resturant, outdoor pool are clean and beautiful , also they offer an endless delicious choice of foods

The furniture was old and the photos they showed in the website is diffrent than what we found in reality. The curtains didnt fit the windows very well its so bright you coudnt take a nap at day time, also the TV didnt offers much channels and the avalable ones are in turky. Moreover they didnt offers iron only laundry services.

1 - food very delicious and so many choices 2 - fast check in and out 3 - perfect hotel for family with kids 4 - I like the idea of foodcoort .

1- I called the housekeeper everyday to ask for cleaning . 2 - I had to ask for the water the housekeeper didn't check . 3 - bed and pillows uncomfortable at all .
