I got a free sight planning session with a map of Rotterdam modified for my interests :D
The fridge was not the ussual mini fridge, but an under counter (tough shared) half size one. Got a lot of use from it.
The dinning table in the room was sturdy, nice, and larger than usual.
The back gardens my window pointed to was tranquil and nice.
The stairs :D But it is the standard Netherlands expiriance. I would not recommend the place for people with mobility restrictions. I had no issues on my side. Do not bring 2 full size 30kg suitcases if you can avoid it.

The hosts offer free city bikes, by which I biked around. with good lock and front and back lights. every day i biked to „ahoy“, the north sea jazz festival site, and back(sometimes over Erasmus bridge, sometimes through Maastunnel. I walked on arrival from Rotterdam central train station to
Alberti, and to return back- around 15 minutes, for reemturn I walked to Flixbus near central train station
