convenient for walking to town or beach and getting a taxi
The air-conditioning was broken at the hotel, so we had to leave windows open all day and night. The room faced the main intersection of street below. Very loud traffic, trucks backing up with beeping noise before dawn. Hotel offered a fan for the room, but it wasn't needed. It was cool enough with window open but just loud outside noise. Recommend requesting a room away from the front of the hotel to suppress street noise.

Location excellent, hotel modern but lacked finesse
Room not attended to after first night
Breakfast adequate, but coffee good

Good location. Clean room
It was unseasonably warm and AC was out through the entire hotel and had been out for days prior to our arrival
If we would have known we would have booked elsewhere
We were provided free breakfast for two days which was good

The location is excellent—-so close to shops, restaurants, walks by the river etc. The staff welcomed us warmly and were helpful at all times.
It is somewhat lacklustre: there’s a certain lack of character or distinction. I’m not fond of carpets in hotel rooms either.
