The location of Barcelo Huatulco was excellent. The beach/bay area was safe to swim.
The fact that there are any waiters around the pool nor the beach area. It was very annoying having to go get drinks very often.

Breakfast was good, beach is beautiful, staff was nice!
I don’t agree with the hotel’s dress code for dinner reservation, one day they let you into the only restaurant that allows you to wear leather sandals with formal clothing, and the next day at the same restaurant they ask you to leave the table.

Beautiful, comfortable and relaxing.
Too many people claiming lounge chairs by the pool and then not using them. We had two chairs beside us that never saw the occupants for five hours… ridiculous.

The location of the beach and the staff was incredible and accommodating
The pools aren’t heated small and too close to the kids pool. The mixology is terrible. The facility is too small for the amount of people there you cannot get a lounge chair by the beach. The premium package is not worth it on the beach. It’s the exact same lounge chairs as all the guests
