Room was comfortable. Staff were lovely.
It was all really nice but dinners were a bit expensive for what we got. The steak was unfortunately well done , other than that it was great.

Staff are always so welcoming. I stay here often as its quiet, got a good parking, a restaurant and its right next to the Botanic gardens for relaxing walks.
I wish they would go back to doing afternoon tea! That was a few years ago.

Location close to town easy to find lots parking
Room 416 the bed was diabolical, quite honestly the worse nights sleep my wife or I have had in any motel hotel in the world. Both of us full of aches by morning. When my wife told the desk manager a male the next morning. He cheerfully told her he knew s a lot of people had reported that. Not much distinction for distinction there. Back in the day if there was a problem you fixed it , not keep using it and charging for it as well.
