The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful. I especially want to praise Dalila and Alisa. My teenage son was ill, and Dalila went personally across town to find an open 24 hr pharmacy to get his medicine (it was Sunday and everything closed). That is what I call exceptional service!!

Bella struttura in prossimità del centro. Pulita, colazione favolosa (anche opzioni per celiaci/intolleranti/vegani).

Beautiful building and great breakfast.
Looks luxurious from the outside, but inside the rooms are strictly economy. It looks nothing like the modern, contemporary style advertised. Everything in the room is cheaply made, from the bed and nightstands to the linens. They saved money on everything.

This is one of the classic hotel right in the center of Graz. A perfect location for exploration. The hotel has a bit of a
Design touch to its classic flair.
I got bombarded with emails and WhatsApp messages from them after booking. I found especially using WhatsApp as a privacy intrusion - and legally doubtful at best.
The room itself had a very bare flair more of a monastic cell than a room. No pictures on the wall. Nothing to warm it up a bit.
