Super-friendly staff who helped find accessible seating for evening meal due to mobility issues. Lovely room and great breakfast. There is some ongoing extension works going on but as a guest (unless you are in the whole day!), you will not notice this.
Some non-residents drifting into the bar area and playing their mobiles on full volume. Not the hotel's fault but does spoil the ambience. Still a great hotel!

Convenience, clean, friendly.
Not the hotel's fault but they could have warned us that the car park (station that they recommended is used) turns into a car boot on Sunday, so we couldn't get to our car until 12 midday in the Sunday. A sign outside says there us a Sunday carboot/market but not which floors they use etc. (2,4 and 6, although others used too) Just be careful

I’ve found hotels in the UK very hot at night. The air conditioning in this property gave me a good night’s sleep!
There was building going on beside my room but thankfully I was mostly staying over a weekend.

Great location,
The rooms were not bad, but the construction which was adjacent to our rooms made the view and the noise difficult to enjoy the stay. Had we known about this we would not have stayed here.

"Staff gentilissimo, educato e disponibile. Ottima la pulizia nella struttura, ovunque ben profumata. Camera ampia, bagno di dimensioni adeguate con kit cortesia. Perfetto il rifacimento della stanza. ..."
