Great location. Reasonable price for Edinburgh during the Fringe. Room was compact but had everything we needed.
Breakfast was like going back to the 1990s and not in a good way. Processed food and instant coffee.

The lady in charge was absolutely lovely and looked after us every morning with breakfast - she even went the extra mile and remembered our order for the remainder of our stay which was lovely.

Close to city centre and good local transport connections. Great coffee and breakfast served on time and a good variety.
Rooms are a little outdated.

Good access to the city. Regular buses and not far on foot either.
Guest house quite basic.
Called Bellevue...and we had a good view of The Crags.
The room we had was v small. Bed not specially comfortable. And bathroom tiny but ok. Tea and coffee in room..but v v cramped.
Basic continental breakfast.Fruit provision good.
Cramped room, worn and well used furnishings.
Tiny shower and loo.
Uncomfortable bed and pillows.
Guesthouse on main road so our front of house bedroom quite noisy.

"Ottima colazione. La Signora Leila bravissima. Persona coretta e socievole. Lei e' quello che ha fatto la differenza. Ci ha accolto in maniera calorosa ed e' stata sempre disponibile."
