We were really impressed with the service provided by each member of the staff we came across. Staff was very helpful and immediately attended to our needs whether reception, restaurants or housekeeping.
Honestly, we couldn't find anything to complain about. We only felt that breakfast choice could be a bit better but other than everything was fantastic.

the unit was good.
not exactly didn't like but for more improvement..add more variety for breakfast and change it every day.

We had a nice stay at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The receptionist Meera is very friendly and helpful, she upgraded our room to one bedroom and she was always happy to help.
We look forward to visiting again in the future!

The pool access and proximity to the theme parks and yas mall were convenient.
The room allotted to us was horribly arranged. There was only a single room despite booking a suite. The washroom was the worst part by far. Every time we used it the shower would flood it entirely. Often the sink and toilet would also become clogged. It was a huge nuisance having to call the staff multiple times a night to have it cleaned and drained.
