The Hotel seemingly was under rebranding and during the time of our stay the hotel building where we stayed was missing the buzz, but to compensate the same we were upgraded to a very good mangrove view room - thanks to Rizalyn. Also we were allowed early checkin and late checkout. The staff went out of the way at everytime and were very prompt for all our requests. Additionally the breakfast spread is huge and our family being vegetarians we had lots of options too.
The lobby was under renovation so was lacking a cafe/restaurant.

A little on the basic level but for the money it was exceptional value and the staff were very accommodating

We liked the room and how easy it was to get to WB, Ferrari world, Water theme park and also the sea world
I felt like the receptionist were too rude
