Excellent choice for a high-quality, modern hotel near the airport. Rooms are large and comfortable, staff are competent and friendly, and it all works fine.

Despite arriving several hour's early for checkin because it was quiet they allowed us to checkin without us asking. Nice to see empowered staff acting proactively with a customer focus. Also free Airport shuttle bus a bonus.

Nice hotel with a great pool area not far from the airport
At check in we were not told that the pool bar was not part of the hotel and was a separate operation and we were not able to charge to our room and had to pay the operator as the front office staff did not ask for a credit card deposit. Payment was difficult as we were in the pool and had no cash on us but after much discussion the charges were posted to our room.
In addition, our package with Booking.com stated 25% off ALL FOOD & BEVERAGES. This was not the case, the hotel refused to provide discount on the main buffet restaurant, room service and the pool bar. This was not what we expected, and it was unpleasant discussing this with the front office staff.
I found the food and beverage discount promotion we booked under to be misleading, and better information should have been provided to us either by Booking.com or the Hotel staff at check in
