Laurel Inn Condos si trova a soli 4 isolati dalla strada principale di Gatlinburg. La struttura dispone di una piscina stagionale all'aperto riscaldata per il vostro divertimento. Se prendi il marciapiede lungo Cherokee Orchard Road, uscirai al semaforo n. 6 vicino al Mountain Mall e al Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies. C'è anche una tromba delle scale in legno che si trova sul retro del nostro complesso che ti collegherà a Reagan Drive che ti porterà vicino al Ripley's Believe or Not Museum. The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Our unit was clean. The bed was firm. Way too many throw pillows on the bed. The hangers bent wire. Only 5 inches of counter space so don't plan on doing a lot of coking. Fridge opened up wrong direction. I had to stand in the bedroom to see in the fridge. The door should be changed. One lamp did not have a light bulb and the other was very dim. I had to buy my own light bulbs. The first night the carbon monoxide alarm started beeping. I was worried and then I realized that it probably just needed batteries. I called the office and left a voice message but never got a response for the next three days. We eventually wedged the alarm off the wall and removed the batteries. If we had two other adults with us, it would have been way too crowded as there is no place for suitcases to sit opened. With just two people we were able to use the desk drawers and night stands to put clothes.

Heating and air conditioning did not work. Tried to turn on and the thermostat went blank. Bed was firm, construction going on right behind the bldg on Saturday morning. Didn’t even stay our 2nd night. Will not be staying here again.
