Location is great on major bus routes into city. Lovely house in great location with friendly and accommodating staff.
The headboards are very close to wall and could hear them banging from next room in the night.
The breakfast is very minimal compared with other similar B&B's. There should be the option of more cooked items for example bacon and baked beans. A hard boiled egg and toast does not represent an Oxford breakfast.
Nescafe Red coffee in room is poor.

The manager Mark was delightful and helpful with a minor change I requested. communication was good with the venue was good. Breakfast was excellent - not a full English but lots of fruit, boiled eggs & toast. Room was generally clean
This is an very old fashioned B&B which is now very down at heel. Cloth headboard that looked grubby, somewhat uncomfortable beds, crack in shower door. old and faded decor. On main road which to be fair I expected.
