Perfect location near the train station and shopping. Very spacious. Clean, like new furnishings.
1. Unresponsive staff - I sent two separate emails to the staff regarding minor maintenance issues and their check out process - no response. 2. Lack of instructions regarding how to operate appliances such as the Jura espresso machine, Apple TV, soda stream, etc.

The location is excellent and the unit is very spacious and clean. The hosts communicated promptly and were very responsive. Great stay and great value.

We were asked to provide our personal particulars of occupants before we were given the check in details.
We struggled to find the form to fill in the email. When I tried to clarify using the same email, it bounces back. There is no way we can communicate with host!
This is not our first time booking via booking.com but first time being asked to provide so much details.
