A hirdetésben sajnos félre lettünk tájékoztatva a medence nyitvatartási idejét illetően.

Object has really nice natural surroundings and fireflies are making quite a show during the night

The problem of this object is FALSE ADVERTISING! If they don't plan to open swimming pool in June (even if it's 35 C) than it MUST be mentioned in Description of object, Facilities or House rules. This way, if I put in filter "swimming pool" and "June", this object will pop up and my expectation is to swimm in a pool, not to watch it. When I try to explain this to owner, he became rude, yelling at me infront of my kid. Later, Belvilla agent contact us and said that the are going to find the solution of a problem, but instead, Belvilla were sending me some generic messages with content that they are happy that I had great vacaton in their facility and that they are looking forward that I will share my good experience with my friends. That was terrible experience that got me even more frustrated about the whole thing.
