What a beautiful little hotel with fantastic hosts. A clean and comfortable room with everything in it from the hair dryer to the complementary crisps and sweats the radio and torch to the robe it has everything and David is a lovely owner very friendly and helpful I'll definitely stay again.
Absolutely nothing the place is fantastic but does have lots of stairs typically found in seaside hotels. But that's the only thing I could say on the down side!!

There were absolutely no improvements, necessary, that I could find at all.

David was an extremely personable host, and his attention to detail is second to none. From delightful complimentary snacks, to a comfy bathrobe, he's literally thought of everything to make your stay a memorable one.
The charming touches throughout the property, the decor, lighting and in particular, the bijou comfortable sitting area, surrounded by a plethora of books for all guests to use, puts The Broadwater in a class of it's own.
Breakfast too was exceptional, with once again, attention to detail being the order of the day.
The location, service and value for money, makes this guesthouse an absolute gem.
I will certainly be returning very soon!
There was nothing negative about The Broadwater as far as I was concerned.
