All Staffs were very very friendly and approachable

Food was ok though same similar menu

Breakfast delicious, variable

Shabby and dirty hotel. Breakfast was worst.

The outside speaker is too loud.

All staff good. Quick response if i request anything. The food for breakfast also good. Got ATM, convenient store and laundry around.

I don’t like one smell at the cafe to lift. I thing the smell is from sanitizer or air purifier. But it’s ok, we wear mask and not smell much.

nothing i liked , house keeping never cleaned the room properly , fridge or mini bar not working , dont give enough towels , mirror broken , hangers broken , no network as i cant call in 33rd floor , soaps not given and had to ask for , purposely i put some soap foam on a corner of toilet and found the same lying as it is for two days , horrible

Location

Ants all over room including beds. Asked to change room but they said none available. Then we packed up to leave and asked for refund at reception. Suddenly a room became available. But the fridge in the new room didn't work. We were in town only 1 night. Very bad experience because of hotel. I want refund.
