An Exceptional Stay with Truly Personalized Service
We recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta Kemayoran while celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and attending an exhibition in Jakarta. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the professionalism and attention to detail of the hotel team.
Upon arrival, we went through the hotel’s security check before proceeding to check-in. We immediately felt that the hotel takes the safety and security of its guests very seriously. During the registration process, we were warmly welcomed and offered the famous DoubleTree cookies, which made us feel at home right away.
However, the biggest surprise came when we entered our room. To our great delight, the housekeeping team had beautifully decorated our room in celebration of our 40th wedding anniversary. It was such a thoughtful and personal gesture, and it made our stay truly memorable.
Every morning, breakfast at the restaurant was another wonderful experience. The selection was excellent, but what impressed us most was the personalized service. The restaurant manager and team were extremely attentive and genuinely interested in making sure we enjoyed our meals. They would ask what we preferred to eat and, whenever possible, personally arranged special food requests for us.
We were especially touched that our breakfast table was reserved with our name throughout our stay. This small but meaningful gesture made us feel like truly valued guests.
We travel extensively around the world and have stayed at many five-star hotels, but we honestly have rarely experienced this level of personalized and sincere service. The team at DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta Kemayoran went far beyond our expectations.
A very special thank you to Ms. Mila, Ms. Nazwa, Ms. Naswa, and the entire restaurant team for going the extra mile and making our breakfasts such a memorable part of our stay.
