exactly what you need for a couple of nights. Plenty of food and restaurant options in the area.

It's a little far from the main attractions, but Hamburg had excellent public transport, so it's really not a problem.

Clean and good check in personel

Very disappointing breakfast experience. I was feeling nauseous and could barely eat, so I only had a coffee and made one small sandwich to take with me. A staff member approached me in an extremely rude and aggressive manner, saying I was not allowed to take food outside unless I paid extra. I understand hotel rules, but there is absolutely no excuse for speaking to a guest this way. He confronted me loudly enough that everyone around us turned and looked at me. I felt publicly humiliated, especially because my child was standing right next to me and witnessed the entire situation.I also felt singled out. The breakfast itself is very limited for €13 per person, with not even basic hot options such as scrambled eggs or omelettes. The reception staff were polite, but the behaviour of this particular breakfast employee was completely unacceptable and seriously affected our stay.
