La grande cucina con bar per la colazione è ben fornita con tutto il necessario per preparare piccoli pasti alle cene di famiglia. Il soggiorno è arredato con uno schermo piatto e un tavolo da pranzo con sei posti a sedere. Il soggiorno si apre anche sul balcone attraverso le grandi porte scorrevoli in vetro e arredata con un piccolo tavolo e sedie. Torna dentro per la prima delle due camere da letto è una camera per gli ospiti arredata con due letti singoli-size e TV. Questa camera si apre anche sul balcone attraverso grandi porte scorrevoli in vetro. Il bagno per gli ospiti ha una grande vanità e vasca / doccia combo. Proseguendo per la master suite spaziose arredata con un letto king-size, TV, e dispone di una cabina armadio. Il bagno en-suite ha una grande vanità e doccia.

The unit was perfect for 5 people. Very clean and aesthetic. Conveniently located to shops and beaches. Holmes beach/Manatee Beach within walking distance. All others can be driven to easily. No problems were encountered. Pool was heated and a short walk away. Property was quiet. Overall a nice time was had by all.

We were overall content with our experience at this location. The place had some nice upgrades, and had appliances that were needed. We loved that they had coolers that we could use during our stay. There were a few things that were disappointing. The pool was closed with caution tape. We chose this location over one closer to the beach specifically due to there being a pool, and ours was closed. It was also stated that there was parking for two cars, the owners car does take up one spot. We also found two diapers under one of the beds, and the mattress pads would not stay on the smaller beds. Just a heads up, you do have to go up sets of stairs with your luggage.

We enjoyed our stay at this property and would definitely stay again. The property was clean and kitchen had all the necessary equipment. Property was within walking distance of beach, shopping, and restaurants and a short walk to free trolley bus stop. The pool was fantastic with ample chairs and shade.

Property was as described although the cleaning could of been better. We found stale food on the floor, the bedding was disgusting, dirty and had to washed due to the amount of stains on it. There were lot's of towels and bedding of which we were grateful for but the amount of these combined with things that other renters and owners belongings left in cupboards we literally had nowhere to store our food and clothing. The pans were dirty and need replacing but most of all instructions on how to use the appliances. We had to go and buy a kettle as it was listed as provided but there wasn't one. We reached out to the management company and explained at how disappointed we were with some aspects and because we had UK phones we were unable to call them. We asked them to call us but we are still waiting. Once we moved some bits around we managed to store some of our belongings but still had to use the spare room to put the cases on to use as storage. Good job our daughter wasn't with us as she would of been unable to use the other room due to lack of space. Also there were bits of wood and trim just lying around. It has lot's of mod cons but you can only either have the lamps or chargers plugged in that they provide in the bedrooms. Lastly do not expect any kind of beach chairs or umbrellas. The property is a lovely place just a bit better care and attention and perhaps a better management company.
