Spacious rooms, comfy bed, nice heated pool and responsive staff.
We had a great couple of days out in Nairobi with Daniel and Cyril.
Bathrooms could do with a liquid hand wash.

It was a lovely, large room, with a very comfortable king-sized bed. We only stayed for 1 night but our room and the hotel were so comfortable we would have wished to have stayed longer.

Het eten was echt uitstekend. Prachtig hotel, goed gelegen, prachtige grote kamer (upgrade). Super aardige mensen bij de receptie en in de schoonmaak.
De bediening in het restaurant was erg traag. Er gebeurde weinig als je er niet om vroeg. Bij de Spa droop het enthousiasme er ook niet vanaf.
Geluidsoverlast van de bar in patio, waar de muziek 's avonds erg hard staat. De constructie van de patio versterkt het geluid ook nog eens. Niet passend bij een hotel met deze allure.
Greenwashing: de vraag om uit milieu-overwegingen de lakens niet te verschonen. Perfect! Maar het levert het hotel natuurlijk ook gewoon geld op. Als je de groene optie koos werd er USD 1 gedoneerd aan het goede doel, de rest van de winst gaat in de zak van het hotel. Te doorzichtig wat mij betreft.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte e un giorno in attesa del volo di rientro verso l'Italia. La struttura è in una collina tranquilla e lontana dal caos ma facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto internazionale con navetta c.45usd o uber c.20usd. Con 10 minuti di uber è facile raggiungere Westlands o Parklans. Accanto all'hotel e raggiungibile a piedi c'è un parco tranquillo dove poter passeggiare.
La struttura e le camere sono moderne, pulite e spaziose. L'acqua del bagno è pulita e con pressione. Lo staff è disponibile e cordiale. Il buffet della colazione è ricco di scelte gustose, in più è incluso un piatto caldo. Io ho preso un ottimo avocado toast. Abbiamo apprezzato la bella piscina con acqua leggermente riscaldata.
La domenica c'è un brunch nella zona colazione / piscina con musica dal vivo a volume abbastanza alto. Per fortuna la nostra camera aveva affaccio verso il parco mentre le camere verso la piscina erano molto più esposte alla musica. Tenetene in considerazione se volete silenzio durante pranzo e pomeriggio

There was an obvious problem with card machines. My metal amex didn't work at the reception, then my other 2 cards didn't work at the bar. I confirmed with my banks it's the merchant's issue. Very annoying.
I'm also not very keen on placing the pool next to the restaurant.

The hotel was exceptional. The buffet was amazing. There were so many option you should take the room with breakfast. The location is good there a big mall called sarit close to the mall. The pool is beautiful. The staff emanuel whose assisting with bags is a huge inspiration and he has excellent customer service. Ms faith who is at the reception also was lovely she helped us a lot.

This was my 3 extension, so it should say how much I loved the hotel! The Ambience! Very helpful staff! This hotel is much more than described in their profile! Loved every bit! Compared to the other 5 star constricted hotels.
I would have loved to have Room Turn down services during my stay, I was informed it’s offered on request. 🤷🏾♀️

Breakfast buffet seemed a bit pricey but it was yum and variety was great with gluten free options.

Modern, clean, bright and functional with a nice buzz. Great helpful staff.
The bathroom floor is glossy tile and slipped on water. Food is crazy expensive. A flat white is $ 3.50 at the best cafes in the city it’s $1.50. Roast chicken is around $20 and so so in texture and taste.

beautiful property. the staff is very helpful. food is superb. rooms are super comfortable. it’s right next to the l’arboretum, which I’d great for a walk or a jog. an oasis in the middle of the town.
security is a bit of an overkill but I guess it may be needed. otherwise no complaints. really great place to stay.
