Very quiet area and good soundproofing. The price was good for the value and the check in was easy.
The place is not easy to find and the directions could be better. They ask for a payment after booking to confirm and they don't accept card, so you have to transfer or go to a mini mart.

Didn't stay here as they were full
Even after booking and getting a confirmation with BOOKING.COM, when we called them up, they said they were FULL.
We never got to go there.

"Highly recommend this property. Value for money, quiet, no disturbances, very quiet for central busy appartment.
Has a really cool vibe that envites and make one feel comfortable like being at home
