This place is a little gem, the owners are so helpful and friendly, the room was immaculate and the breakfast was lovely, everything has been so well thought out and the additional room with kitchen, lounge area and pool table was an added bonus. Location was perfect just 10 minute walk into the centre of kelso.
We will definitly be back.

Fantastic welcome and explanation of room and facilities. Very comfortable room and wonderful breakfast. Would stay again in a heartbeat, it was just perfect for our needs.

Lots of lovely fruit and cereals to choose from fresh coffee eggs and pastries
We had to cook our own breakfast which we were not expecting, however the facilities were very good indeed.

Exceptionally clean tidy and comfortable with good quality bedding and furnishings. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful but didn’t intrude on our private areas. Ample breakfast items provided to self cater. Cosy lounge with armchairs & tv also snooker table!
Nothing to dislike, everything was catered for including outside seating in the garden and parking in driveway
