The breakfast was amazing. The bar had live music. Plenty of parking out back. Very friendly staff.

We had a nice stay while doing the Borders Abbeys Way, beds were comfortable, staff were very friendly. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of options and we also had dinner in the restaurant. The bar was a meeting place for locals which gave it a nice community atmosphere.

Great place to stay in Melrose with plenty of free onsite parking. Cooked breakfast was a good portion with bread, pastries, cereal also included.
