Excellent location, very friendly and welcoming staff

The layout of the room with two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms is very convenient. The location is excellent right in the old town. Several power sockets available in the room and very good internet.

Towels are probably not available when cleaning staff is not present and it seems you cannot find one if you needed during the evening. We would also like extra space in the mini bar for personal items.

The bars/clubs were very loud, cannot sleep until 4:30…

Everything was great

Stay was amazing, we struggle to sleep without 2 pillows and the staff happily accommodated us and when we got back from our tour we had extra pillows in our room. Very clean, comfortable beds, Working AC, Balcony to get fresh air, and staff was exceptional.

The actual building was lovely, very grand and nice interior. room was spacious and shower was possibly best I’ve ever used.

The restaurant was closed most of the time and the breakfast was extremely disappointing. Had to get food elsewhere.

the hotel location is very good, at the beginning of the old town and near the metro station so is very easy to walk around. we took the balcony room witch r more expensive and should be bigger but my friend said the room are quite the same with other good hotels around. the Italian restaurant in the hotel is very good.

the reception desk and lobby are located on the first floor and you have to climb the stair with your luggage. there's no help for that the breakfast is a disappointment. the food was cold and with a little variety.

NOISY! moved from the first room at the front of the hotel as noise from the street and restaurant below were so noisy and unable to sleep. The next room we struggled to sleep due to other guests partying through the night. called reception to assist but there was no response which meant we had to knock on the door ourselves to ask guests to turn music down (1am-3am) this continued for 3 nights. It is a party hotel used by people who are there for the old town pubs and clubs and I wouldn’t recommend for couples. Staff were unfriendly and the place lacks personality and warmth. shower was hot and cold and unable to change temp. overall really disappointing stay from a hotel with seemingly good reviews. no tea or coffee or kettle in room, no water given on a arrival.

Lovely clean and fresh room, very quiet .breakfast room was decorated so fab.

Breakfast was really extremely limited and we seemed to be the only ones each morning in the breakfast room .....however the lady server was very friendly . Rooms were lovely, small ...could be made better by removing a lot of unnecessary furniture...bedside tables as well as side tables and large unit just inside the door .but clean and comfy none the less ....I'd go back

It has very good location The staff was kind and helpful.

I didn't like the breakfast limited variety and also the bread and coffee was not good. Νot good soundproofing, you could hear your neighbours and music from outside. Also the hotel in my opinion needs rennovation. The fridge made noise during the night. In our room there was a post, therefore it covered part of our window view.. You can not regulate the temperature of your room, it is standard. In general, I am very disappointed from this hotel, I had higher expectations

The room was beautiful... comfy bed, beautiful bathroom with lovely hot shower, room was lovely and warm always which was very welcome as it was -2 outside. The hotel was very central with a metro stop very close which made it easy to get to the airport for an early flight.

The breakfast was good, good location in middle of the old town, clean rooms but small ones it doesnt bother us, good staff welcoming.

The wifi was good and the lady from the breakfast very polite. The bed was very comfortable.

The hotel is in the pedestrian zone but the area around the hotel is not looking safe. The room was too small and too noisy, you can hear everything from the other room. Next to hotel have noisy bars as well. In the bathroom there was always a bad smell like mould. Average cleaning.

prime location at the old town of Bucharest tons of restaurants clubs and pubs nearby we stayed at the family suit that was large and fitted our every need the breakfast was good the staff was very helpful

you can't arrive directly to the hotel with a vehicle because no cars are allowed there is an elevator but you still need to climb a lot of stairs the water temperature on the showers varied every few seconds which was annoying

bed was too small for two persons. I could get good sleep due to that. pillows were also uncomfortable
