BUENA UBICACION

Garaje muy complicado, imposible girar en las curvas.

Las instalaciones eran nuevas, la cama cómoda y la limpieza de las habitaciones excepcional !

Lo único que me llamó la atención es el personal encargado del desayuno, que eran muy serios, no saludaban ni sonreían.

Toisena iltana / yönä joku koululaisporukka häiriköi, mutta ilmeisesti hotellin henkilökunta laittoi ne kuriin, koska ei toistunut.

The good things about this hotel is 24 hour reception, comfortable bed, and location is fine.

I didn't like a lot of things about staying here and regret choosing this place. I paid over 500 euros for 4 days and dont feel it was worth the money at all. - not good breakfast, at all. But food is food, so I ate breakfast for 2 of the days, and they provided me with oat drink which was very kind. - kitchen staff stare at you and laugh loudly in the kitchen. It was not a good ambiance at all. - cleaning staff will start dragging furniture in the morning when they are cleaning, and are extremely noisy. More so than any other hotels, but they are kind people. - late night reception man was not great at communicating and tried to charge me extra money for something he misunderstood. It was the most rude interaction coming back to the hotel at midnight and having to deal with his behaviour. - balcony door lock doesnt work - downstairs bar was never open - extra payment, city tax, when checking in. Instead of adding it all to booking.com. no pre warning about this - sound travels very easily through this place, so bring your earplugs and hope they work - tv comes on with loud volume every time you walk in and put your card in, very annoying - no mini fridges in the rooms - wifi wasnt great

Staff were fantastic, Hôtel is very comfortable and clean. we enjoyed our stay very much!!

Everything was perfect !!

the lady at the desk who checked us in and out was the sweetest. the cleaners were also really nice and the room was always super tidy and left bottles of water everyday. it was also very spacious and the view was spectacular

I think for the price, I would have liked better facilities maybe like coffee or tea but it wouldn’t put me off staying again or hindered my experience

Good breakfast, helpful staff, good location. The rooms are very small with few amenities.
