Nice comfortable bed, hot showers, nice little kitchenette, friendly staff. Secure parking and well kept grounds.
There was a lot of noise one of the night, which made me feel a bit unsafe, but the rest of the time it was calm and quiet.

Cleanliness👌, the location is closer to shopping centres and the staff was very helpful.

The family room could do with some work, there are clear and obvious signs of wear and tear, paint cracks on some walls, mold on shower ceilings, outdoor shower has mold and fungi on floor making it unusable (need to be tiled), wardrobes are falling apart. the small pool was out of order which is unacceptable for small children who may want to swim. Overall the family room needs attention to bring it back to life.
