We enjoyed Felicia we thought he was professional and very helpful and assisted us in many aspects of our trip. He was incredible and truly an asset. Alex was super nice helpful as well, but we did more interaction with Felicia and he was just amazing to our situation! We would highly recommend the location the staff and the combination. The water pressure was fantastic. The location so close to the Spanish steps, really helped navigate us viewing the city.
Well, the elevator would’ve been a great asset as well but other than that oh, there was some issues with with loose panels, but nothing that would be a safety hazard. I would suggest more hanging hooks, but overall it was amazing. We would need some extra toilet paper for the staff quickly accommodated…

I did not like the late ( 10pm ) check in charge of 50 euro !

Excellent location close to sights and a lovely neighbourhood. Very friendly staff who helped with good directions and information. AC worked well in the room. The room was an okay size with a fridge and coffee/tea options.
The room was not as expected - value for money-wise. The floorboards in the room were uneven. The bathroom needed a touch-up - loose fittings in the shower and a toilet brush which was very old. Zinc, tap and hairdryer were very worn. Breakfast was served at another hotel down the street, which wasn't what I had expected. Sound travelled easy and we could hear next door room guests open the toilet lid and pee :(
