The Windmill is located in middle of town near all facilities. The breakfast is generous and the staff very friendly.
Our accommodation in the annexe was a bit spartan but as we were travelling with our dog perhaps this was the reason. We did not see the rooms in the main building.

Excellent staff running a very popular pub with rooms.
Room was slightly smaller than expected, but we were only there for one night, so not a major issue.
It does lack any hooks to hangs up on, towels etc.
