Very friendly hosts who were very welcoming and hospitable. Location is excellent with plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from and also convenient for beach goers who can avail access to a private beach for a small sum. Breakfast was nice and wholesome. Would highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Masaya Suites. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the wifi worked very well and the food was excellent. Tamer and Ivy were very friendly, honest, always available and helpfull during all our stay. We strongly recommend. Thanks for everything and especially the special attention on my son's birthday and for letting us use the room for a bit longer as our flight was delayed ! 😊

We stayed here for one night, travelling from the airport to the bus stop the following morning. The taxi driver knew where this hotel was, the manager was waiting up for us - we arrived quite late. He was lovely, showed us to our room, gave us a welcome drink (delicious), we had a kettle and some tea bags and some biscuits, also a bottle of water. Bed was very comfortable, everything was good - it was a great place to stopover, we will use it again.

We have stayed here before , so knew that our stay would be good , It was a one night stay as we were in transit to another area ! The bedrooms are big , VERY clean , spacious . a lovely little tray of biscuits , and water for the kettle are very welcome touches ! Friendly helpful host , really couldnt ask for more ! Great cafe on the bottom floor of the property .
The check in system had changed slightly . You call a number . which isnt easy if you don't have an Egyptian sim card . But the staff in the cafe were very helpful and made the call for us !

The owner provided an excellent service, he gave us a lot of information, he was really helpful and polite.
It's 10-15min away from the Go Bus station.
There is not much to do around this place. We walked towards the city center and there were loads of buildings under construction.
The hotel was not easy to find. It's just beside the masaya café.

Fantastic place - a large room with a good bed and a good shower, nice cafe downstairs. Ivy is super friendly and made us a delicious breakfast every day! She also made a vegan dinner for us. I would highly recommend this to everyone! The location is also perfect. We communicated with Tamer on WhatsApp and he was also very friendly and welcoming! The staff of the cafe downstairs is also friendly. Every day our room was cleaned. We really felt at home. Much more nice and personal then a resort. Highly recommended!! Thank you Ivy & Tamer ♥️

Very good experience in Masaya . the staff are all very friendly and helpful. good location. I had my first Egyptian dinner in the restaurant across the road which was delicious. very close to the coach station Go Bus .

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. The owners, Tamer and Ivy, were incredibly friendly and always ready to help in any situation. The WiFi was excellent, and the dinner was delicious and varied. I even decided to extend my stay and invite my friend here. The beds were large and comfortable, and there were plenty of shops in the area. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

What a great find ! We used Masaya as an overnight stay on route to Luxor. We were given a choice of room . Both were wonderful, exceptionally clean, a tea and coffee tray with some treats and water for the kettle, and a comfortable bed !

Tamer is really friendly and helpful! The communication is perfect! The hotel locates in an area where everything is close yet still quite chill!

The room was big and clean with all the facilities you need. The bathroom was good with a nice shower. The owner was very friendly, polite and helpful.
The outside noise never stopped during the night.

The owner is very friendly, he is easily reachable and respond fast via WhatsApp. Room is clean and tidy, the cleaning lady cleaned it almost everyday. They provide clean bottle water for free. And all guest have free access to kitchen if they prefer to cook themselves.
It would be better if WIFI can be more stable and faster.
