The host was absolutely wonderful and very helpful throughout our stay. He was always available and constantly kept in touch with us. He helped us not only with the property but also with other aspects of our trip, recommending restaurants, explaining where we could withdraw money and giving us useful advice about Hurghada. The internet connection was also very good, which was really helpful. Overall, we felt very welcomed and supported during our stay. And we arrived earlier sp he let us to go to the appartment immediately when another guest checked out.

The only issue we had was with the shower. There was water coming from the lower tap in the shower cabin, but the shower itself was not working properly. The host told us that someone would come the following day to fix it, so we stayed at home and waited for someone to arrive, but unfortunately nobody came. As a result, we lost most of the day waiting, and bathing was quite difficult. This was disappointing, especially because everything else about our stay was good and the host himself was very kind and helpful.

I liked that the hosts, Mina and his wife, were very kind and they solved all problems immediately.They took care of all the trips, they were wonderful

it says that there is a market inside the building and the atm but does not have them there is one next to the beach and atm is like 15min walking, but at the beach you have to pay 20 of their Egyptians to enter the beach, and there are barely 3, 4 food there.the beach is rocky, not suitable for swimming, there is one about 10 minutes away, but it costs much more .As for the hotel, it is extremely dirty, I was locked in the bathroom, half an hour passed by the time they called someone, I pulled myself out and broke the lock.the windows are dirty, the terrace is dirty.the shower cabin, everything around it is dirty Even when we were supposed to be packing, the electricity went out and then after 10 minutes the owner came with the card to turn on the electricity.
