Pretty boutique hotel right on River. We stayed on the 3rd floor Toucan Suite which was nicely furnished and lovely. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Quiet and beautiful setting.

Stairs are steep and narrow going up to send and third floors.

Superbe ambiance coloniale. Chambres très spacieuses avec un salle de bain offrant une belle surprise . Lits hyper confortable. Peu de chambres donc peu de monde. La piscine paraît petite, mais il n'y a jamais personne dedans . Mobilier intérieur de bonne qualité. Personnel aux petits soins et très attentionné. L'hôtel est un peu excentré, ce qui est très bien pour la tranquillité, et qui pourrait paraître un handicap pour les excursions, mais en fait l'organisme que nous avions pris nous prenait et nous déposait a l'hôtel sans problème.

Le bord de la rivière en bas de l'hôtel est une plage publique, donc toujours un peu de monde et malheureusement beaucoup de détritus au bord de la rivière. Mobilier extérieur un peu cheap. Prix de la restauration un peu cher par rapport a ce que nous avons pu trouver à Caye Caulker.

We loved the property and the nature aspect. It’s a beautiful property, clean, beautiful set in a tranquil location.

We had an amazing time. Staff was friendly and helpful. We eat breakfast and dinner there every night for five nights plus drinks. Dinners were very good but the breakfast was outstanding. The price for food and drinks was very reasonable. Room was clean ac worked perfectly.

We love the view of the river, the jungle, and all the wild life.

The staff was so amazing & accommodating, plus the owner was very hands-on & sweet and you could tell they take pride in this place! Absolutely loved the rooms too, oh my goodness, beautiful building...excellent hand-placed decorations too

Dinners can be a little stressful when deciding when to order early or not but that was just something we had to get used to, not a complication at all :))

Everything was fantastic! The location was perfect, the river was beautiful, the staff was friendly and helpful, the facilities were clean and well cared for and the food was delicious! There was one morning we were leaving for en excursion before they opened for breakfast and they even offered to pack us breakfast and coffee “to-go”. Overall a fantastic stay and I would recommend them to anyone!

Nothing!! They were perfect!

Breakfast, lunch & dinner was cool, I love the Soursop fruit/juice, I had to come home and find it. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breeze once both doors were opened was amazing. Hot water was good. Laundry was done good, and in a timely fashion. The manager is a lady, and I do not remember her name, but she is the sweetest lady, she smiles, Allday, she is very nice, and she just smiles. I woke her up out her sleep at like maybe 1 am because the jets would not turn off in the jacuzzi tub, and my husband to me not to turn the water off because it could destroy the motor, or whatever "Something like that" anyhoo when I knocked on her door, she answered with a sleepy smile lol, I felt bad, but she came and fixed it. The river is absolutely beautiful, we set there for hours just engaging, and taking in nature. On the weekend the locals come and sit and cookout and chill, it was a cool vibe, everyone is so friendly. That was the clearest river water I've ever seen, it is a lot of rocks, so wear swim shoes, luckily, we had ours with us, but they are needed. The room was lovely, I liked the style. Always fresh clean towels, and sheets. The view was outstanding. Would I stay again? Absolutely... #ITSAVIBE

The hotel shut down pretty early, like 9pm... All the lights are off doors locked everyone sleep, lol made me feel like a teenager sneaking back inside the house past curfew.... The menu is USD$$$, which I did not understand why... We were under the impression that the prices were Belizean $$$... Damn bill was high as a kite when we found out, lol, like no one thought to mention that to me? No elevator if handicap, Alot of steps, but its ok if you like walking. The pool was too cold to enjoy. I noticed no one got in it during our entire stay, "none" of the guest. Once you open the balcony doors, all the bugs fly in, like they were waiting for you to get home, I mean a lot of bugs, I know you are in the "jungle" but geeeesh, a screen door would've been great. The Wi-Fi doesn't work in the room, it only works down by the bar/pool area. No microwave in the rooms.

This hotel is wonderful! The staff was friendly and really helpful with things like directions and trying to help us book transportation over the border into Guatemala. The rooms are really large and comfortable, well decorated and have thoughtful touches like flowers in the room and filtered water and a coffee maker. The air condition worked well but eas not always needed. They have a bar on site and we ate breakfast there everyday. It was fairly priced and very good! The grounds are well-kept and it possible to get tubes at the hotel and use them to relax in the river. It's about a 10-minute drive into town but was well worth it to be in such a lovely setting roght on the river in the village.

This place was great! No complaints except Wi-Fi could have been better...
