Staff behavior, breakfast, wifi, hot water kettle, bathrooms, coffee tea making provisions are good.

Location no near by hotels, outside of the rooms cleanliness is bad, smaller room size, price is not valuable for this smaller room, no sofas for sitting.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional, they are so kind, courteous and helpful it makes it a pleasure to stay here. They have excellent local knowledge and were able to help with any special requests and travel arrangements. The rooms are spotlessly clean with excellent facilities. The food was delicious and it is a pleasure to have breakfast up on the roof. Five stars for this hotel I can’t fault it!

The breakfast had a good variety of South Indian dishes.

Room service was not done automatically on a daily basis.

we were on route to somewhere else and needed to break the journey. This hotel was perfect. It was clean and safe and within our budget Breakfast was absolutely lovely. The staff (especially on reception) were very friendly and helpful. The receptionist organised our follow on transport and was very efficient.

I didn’t like the road outside which was very busy and almost impossible to cross

the rooms were dirty, the bathroom was dirty as well. it was an Air-b&b trying to pass off as an Hotel. the tables were broken, walls were dirty. Asked for a double bed, the man just joined 2 beds and passed them off as a queen double bed. The manager left on sunday afternoon. the roof too was dingy and dark with poor lighting.

The staff was very very polite, helpful, respectful. Whatever we asked for we got in our rooms. Everyone including the gate security personnel were very polite and helpful. A great stay indeed

Property was good with spacious rooms and a good balcony view from the balcony of the room Property was very clean

No in house restaurants and food has to arranged from outside No curtain in the shower area of the bathroom so water will spill all over the bathroom while taking the shower
