The stay was Short but good. I have Visited the Hotel Multiple Times and Its Smooth Check in and Staff are Attentive and Welcoming.

The Aging is Clearly Evident in the Room & Bathroom. Needs a Complete Refurbishment.

Unfortunately, the customer service from reception really let this hotel down. When we arrived to check in, we were told our room was still being cleaned and that it would only be another 30 minutes. We ended up waiting around three hours past the check-in time before we were able to get into our room, with very little communication or explanation about what was happening. We also had a lot of difficulty getting help from reception throughout our stay. On several occasions we called with different queries and were told, "We'll call you back in one minute," but never received a call back. This happened when trying to find out when another room in our booking would be ready, as well as when I simply asked about the price of a taxi to the airport. We often ended up having to physically go downstairs to reception to get anything resolved, and even then we would sometimes be told to wait a minute with no follow-up. It's a shame because the other hotel staff we interacted with were genuinely lovely, particularly the staff who brought food to our room and the room itself was lovely. Didnt use any of their facilities. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and poor service from reception made the overall experience much more frustrating than it needed to be.
