Very clean, spacious and short distance from everything in Aviemore.
Hot water in main shower needs heated up and went cold after 2 short adult showers.
(There is an en suite with an electric shower) - but the main one is lovely!

The location, 20 minute walk to town was great. With a convenience store just 5 minute walk away. The flat is close to main road for exploring the local area. Modern bathrooms. The good sized open plan kitchen and lounge was a nice area to sit in. Good TV and WiFi set up.
We found the flat to be quite tired, Well equipped but missing some 'basic essentials' No bath mat, Oven gloves, a centimetre of hand soap & washing up liquid, half a toilet roll for a family of 4 for 4 nights?!
My bath towel was dirty but fortunately I found a clean one in one of the cupboards, along with a laundry bag full of dirty sheets! The grill and separate hob had missing, broken knobs or simply just didn't seem to work properly. The front door never felt secure. At least half of the light bulbs in the kitchen/living room were 'out' and needed replacing.Yes, these may all seem to be minor points and once easily fixed would have made our stay alot more like the 'home from home' advertised. The 2 bedrooms were very dark, I guess its the positioning of the house but the decor and dark furniture didn't help. Limited hot water available. In summary, we expected a little bit more from our stay.

The neighborhood it is located in is quiet and it has great views of the surrounding countryside.

It was tidy and easy to access local attractions.
The fridge was amazing!
We had to put away cleaning supplies left on the sofa.
For the money, I found it strange to remove the linens from the beds and the garbage from the house.
The 2nd person to shower had a freezing cold shower....no hot water!

Poor communication with owner . Trouble with key safe and licking the door
Apartment was shabby and it smelt strongly of cleaning products but wasn’t clean .
Little toilet paper and soap . Would never book it again . Not value for money . Had to drive to shops . Bad area

Great location in aviemore, quiet area but not far from local shops. Warm house with plenty of space and very clean.

The house was the perfect location for us for New Year. It was warm, cosy, clean and well equipped. We will definitely be back!

Lack of basic essentials (toilet paper/tea/coffee), and no warning to bring your own. Stated built in wardrobes but full of ironing board, travel cot, duvets etc.

Upon arrival we identified our accommodation by personalized art work - a bonus that put a smile on our face.
Be aware, this was more my fault than the host's: I was not aware we needed to pay for electricity via coins (details were document, but I guess I over looked that). None-the-less we had to scramble to get some UK pound coins to feed the meter one morning. So bring some coins if you are staying multiple days.

Loved our stay here would definitely visit again. The location is great. There is lots to do in the area. The property had everything we needed.

Location was good. Apartment was attractive.
Had difficulty with some kitchen appliances and wifi login. She had a great book for guests with info on everything but the wifi login which was located on a card near the router. Would be helpful to have it obvious in the instructions in the book.

Lovely home, well decorated. Everything we needed to hand. Very friendly host who responded very quickly when we had a query. Extremely well situated.

Great spacious accommodation, spotlessly clean, nice area. Parking is good. Wifi and all appliances in good order. Plenty of kitchen equipment. Beds made up for arrival and plenty of towels.

The property was bigger than expected, large kitchen dining and living area was great along with 2 separate bathrooms.
Situated in a nice residential area not too far from town.
Property was not 100% clean ie under couch was a mess
not been hoovered in some time(we moved due to small spillage) and some improvements in decor / DIY required.

Twin beds a little uncomfortable and could hear upstairs neighbour snoring very loudly throughout the night - had to buy ear plugs

would have appreciated more detailed instructions for key code box and wifi code more prominently available. main door handle was wobbly as it wasn’t the lifting action May not be obvious to all.
